Abstract: In the face of the complicated and difficult-to-control Covid-19 pandemic in the years 2019 and 2020, it has greatly affected people's lives and the whole economy of our country.Covid waves keep happening and repeating along with complicated developments over a long period of time, making the economy and specifically the real estate market more difficult than ever. businesses are in serious trouble.First of all, the difficulties surrounded in this difficult time, causing serious damage that caused many kinds of markets to close, supply decreased... and also led to an increase in the prices of other products, causing the reduced demand and poor performance. Due to previous epidemics, resources were gradually exhausted and difficult to recover. Along with that are taxes on taxes, social insurance, corporate income tax. To recognize problems and provide better solutions for upcoming business building and recovery milestones, as well as devise specific strategies to enhance resilience to complex developments like the past. so that businesses can be more confident and stable, through which the research team would like to present the "Impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the brand value of the real estate industry in Vietnam"
